静岡市生まれ

静岡浅間神社近くの老舗割烹の女将を長年勤めてきた。

54歳から趣味の一つとして始めた写真が多方面で評価され、以後写真に深く造形することとなった。

人物、特に風景に溶け込む人物を得意とする。

より深く写真を学ぶため64歳の時、京都造形芸術大学に入学。卒業後は個展のほか講師・審査員など各方面で活躍中。日本写真協会(PSJ)会員・全日本写真連盟会員・二科会写真部所属
